Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Master's Degree in Guidance and Counselling, Registered Psychometrician, Registered Guidance Counselor with a valid and updated PRC license

At least three (3) years of experience providing responsive services in a higher education institution (an advantage)

Proficient in testing, career, counseling, student welfare, development programs, and other guidance activities

Demonstrates professionalism, ethical conduct, and commitment to student well-being
