Accelerated Pathway for Medicine (APMed) Program Requirements

  • Scanned copy of Birth Certificate, PSA issued
  • Scanned copy of Recent Passport size colored ID pictures (white background)
  • Scanned copy of Certificates of Good Moral character
  • Scanned copy of Scholastic Records from the Office of the Registrar for Admission purposes only or Scanned copy of Grade 11 and Grade 12 report card (grades must have a numerical equivalent) - Grade 12 card with 1st and/or 2nd quarter grades.

For Foreign Students

For Dual Citizens:

a) Applicants of Accelerated Pathway for Medicine (APMed) Program must be Senior High School (S.T.E.M. strand) fresh graduate 
b) Must have a General Weighted Average (GWA) of 80% or higher

Graduate Admission Requirements
Master of Healthcare Management (Non-thesis)

Master of Healthcare Management Program Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any health science programs, Doctor of Medicine or professionals working in various organizations in health delivery such as hospitals, laboratories, etc.
  • Preferably with at least 1 year of experience as a professional in health or health-related fields;
  •  Duly accomplished Application available online at the FEU-NRMF website;
  • Original copy of the official Transcript of Records;
  • Recommendation letter from employer or former professor;
  • Certified true copy of college or last degree earned diploma
  •  Four (4) passport-size photos;
  • Copy of current PRC ID (if applicable);
  • Copy of PSA Birth Certificate,
  • Copy of Marriage Contract (if married); and
  • Transfer Credentials/Honorable Dismissal.

    For foreign applicants, additional requirements include:
     
  • Photocopy of passport;
  • Curriculum of Bachelor’s degree;
  • Original Transcript of Records in English with Apostille Stamped. If written in another language, must be
    authenticated by the Philippine consulate/embassy from country of origin;
  • Certified true copy of diploma with the seal of the university and the signature of the registrar in ink. If written in another language, must be authenticated by the Philippine consulate/embassy from country of origin;
  • Copy of I-card;
  • Birth Certificate with Apostille Stamped; and
  • Student Visa
Master of Public Health (Non-thesis)

Master of Public Health Program Requirements

    * Scanned copy of Receipt of Certificate of Eligibility is not required for admission requirements. Receipt of Certificate of Eligibility is only required for enrollment requirements.

  • At least 1 year of experience as a professional nurse in a hospital/community or public/private health agency
  • Scanned copy of the two (2) recommendations from employer/s or school
  • Scanned copy of College Diploma
  • Scanned copy of 4 passport-size photos (in white background)
  • Scanned copy of nursing license (PRC);
  • Scanned copy of Birth Certificate, PSA issued
  • Scanned copy of marriage contract (if married);

For Foreign Students
