Overview: 

The FEU-NRMF is a private partner higher education institution in the implementation  of the CHED Medical Scholarship and Return Service (MSRS)  Program pursuant to Republic Act 11509 otherwise known as Doktor Para sa Bayan Act

6.1 The FEU-NRMF shall provide a fund for the balance of tuition and other fees above 
Php100,000.00 per semester for qualified scholars. 
6.2 The applicant must be a Filipino citizen. 
6.3 He/She must meet the requirements stipulated in the CHED MSRS Program 
6.4 He/She must meet the admission criteria of the FEU-NRMF School of Medicine. 
6.5 The scholar shall commit to render return service as stipulated in the CHED 
Administrative Order No.2 Series of 2022.
