What is OSCE (Objective Structured Clinical Examination?
The Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE) is part of the AHPRA Outcome-Based Assessment (OBA) for Internationally Qualified Registered Nurses (IQRNs).
It evaluates competence through 10 simulated patient scenarios, testing:
-Clinical and communication skills
-Patient safety and holistic management
-Patient care planning and implementation
-Clinical assessments and interventions
