
What is OSCE (Objective Structured Clinical Examination?
The Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE) is part of the AHPRA Outcome-Based Assessment (OBA) for Internationally Qualified Registered Nurses (IQRNs).
It evaluates competence through 10 simulated patient scenarios, testing:
-Clinical and communication skills
-Patient safety and holistic management
-Patient care planning and implementation
-Clinical assessments and interventions

Eligibility
-Registered Nurse (RN) in the Philippines
-At least 1 year of hospital experience
-NCLEX passer with valid results
Duration
-Minimum of 14 days
-Flexible options – weekdays, weekends, evenings, public holidays, and semester breaks (Opportunity to repeat simulations for confidence building)
